Objective of the project is to support the work of district and school health care visitors by providing them with up-to-date ICT equipment, in addition to modern communication and eduction materials to facilitate interaction with target user groups. A National Information Centre has been setup as well to give technical and information assistance to nurses.
One of the core components of the project is to prevent burnout and official resignation of health care visitor nurses by providing individual coaching, group discussions, organised supervision and trainings to improve their skills and minimise stress stemming from working conditions.
This project, owned by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, has received a total of 794.648.900 HUF grant.
The opening conference took place with the participation of the project owner organisation, project management, experts involved, project partner institutions as well as cicil society actors.
