Short summary of the project

The objective of the project is to organise an experience exchange between JNSZ Hetényi Géza Hospital in Hungary and Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway on two major areas of interest: good practices in the improvement of inpatient care, and strategies for maintaining job satisfaction among medical staff.

The experience exchange will be hosted by the Norwegian hospital and will consist of an experience exchange tour followed by a study on Norwegian best practices and how they can be adapted in the context of the Hetényi Géza Hospital. The management of the JNSZ County Hetényi Géza Kórház will exchange experience with the norwegian partner about inpatient care with particul at attention to patient safety, hr strategy and staff retention. The best practices in these fields will be gathered and adopted at the project promoter.
